Below, you will find a list of items that you will need to submit with your application and some tips to prevent any delays in the processing.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
In order for us to complete your application, you must submit the following :
COMPLETED APPLICATION - You can complete an application by clicking on the 'Apply Now’ button on the listing that you are interested in.
IF INDIVIDUAL, PARTNERSHIP -DRIVER'S LICENSE OR STATE ISSUED ID OR PASSPORT
IF COPORATION (S, C, OR LLC) - PROVIDE PROOF OF CORPORATION INLCDUING EIN NUMBER
PROOF OF FINANCIAL CAPABILITY - Acceptable documentation showing adequate assets and/or net worth
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
INCOME - We require proof on business income form previous years. If thi sis a new business, then provide proof of financial capability to satisfy Owner of ability to pay rent.
RENTAL HISTORY - If there is rental histiry, please provide for Owner's review.
RENTER'S INSURANCE - We require that tenants obtain a renter's Insurance policy and provide proof of that policy prior to keys being released.
